Can we all stop with the blam-drama?
Let me say foremost, that I like Clocks. They produce a lot of quality and fun movies. But why do people, not just Clocks, always have to make such a big deal out of blamming as if great works are getting blammed left and right for bad reasons?
YES, a lot of people make stupid reviews that say "IM GONA BLAM THIS HAHAHAA" but have you noticed that these movies actually DON'T get blammed? All you can do is flag such reviews as abusive. See, the blam system actually works. Stuff that deserves to get blammed makes it past judgement all the time... but a movie worthy of being on the portal actually not making it? That's really, really, REALLY rare. And in those instances, it's usually to blame on the shitty attitude of the author or something else.
Clock movies are among the few that get consistent 0s from haters, it's true. But there's always a similar amount of other Clocks giving it consistent 10s. So it balances out. There is no need to constantly refer to unfair blamming in movies and reviews - it doesn't happen.
As for this movie itself, I thought it was kind of boring and unnecessary, but then again, I just wrote up my thoughts on its topic. It's nothing personal.
